Human Resources internship provides on-the-job and formal training, as well as exposure to and work experience with multiple business segments in different areas of HR such as:

Talent Acquisition:

Find and attract top talent, both internally and externally. Identify and maximize channels of talent that support critical functional areas. Research current recruiting trends and provide team recommendations for best practices. Represent the company at events such as career fairs, information sessions, on campus interviewing events and business fairs. Schedule and conduct interviews.

Talent Development:

Administer the company’s leadership and talent development programs. Assess programs and tools to build capabilities of leaders and employees to achieve business goals. Focus areas include performance management, career development, talent review, leadership development, employee training, high potential development programs and organizational design.

Employee Relations / Compliance:

Provide counsel and guidance to employees and leaders related to employee relations issues consistent with policies and practices. Completes research and due diligence in an effort to mitigate risk. Assists and/or advises management concerning performance improvement and appropriate action.

Includes other special projects as needed.


Requirements include: pursuing a bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field, a passion for learning and geographic mobility.



Students must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business with emphasis in Human Resources preferred. The student must have maintained a minimum GPA of 3.0.
