POSITION DETAILS

SUMMARY:

The Marketing Analyst role for the Parts,Garments and Accessories team will assist the Brand Managers and seniormanagement in analyzing data, managing and coordinating with other analysts,presenting results to the marketing team, building dashboards, and providingpost-mortem analysis on various programs, promotions, marketing initiatives andmore. It will require personal training early on, as well as strong written andoral communication skills as well as a deep experience with Excel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze multiple data points from all marketingprograms, promotions, and initiatives to help better understand how to drivegrowth

  • Evaluate marketing and new product effectivenessby creating and maintaining dashboards using key tools including Salesforce,Qlikview, etc.

  • Help drive strategic decision-making and makebusiness recommendations based on detailed analysis, insights and reporting onkey performance indicators and financial results

  • Measure the ROI of content and marketingefforts, including organic, paid, and earned content

  • Liaison with product team to investigatecompetition, champion research and develop/maintain competitive analysis.

  • Assist the marketing and product teams indeveloping content for new product launches, event management (client events& tradeshows) and other relative marketing collateral

QUALIFICATIONS : Previous analyst experience preferred

CAPABILITYREQUIREMENTS:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication

  • Must be a self-starter with a keen attention todetail and deadlines as well as ability to multi-task

  • Strong interpersonal verbal communicationsskills; ability to interface with all levels of the organization

  • Experience Salesforce, Qlik, and other dashboardsoftware

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity

  • Ability to learn on the fly
