Summary :

The Recruiter acts as a consultant and partner to the business in the development of their talent pipeline. Work with Hiring Managers and HR Generalists to develop and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment and selection that are aligned with business plans.

  • Consult with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with key business priorities and company-wide talent strategy.

  • Source and pre-screen internal and external candidates. Sourcing consists of extensive candidate development, networking, use of social media sites and tools to identify qualified diverse talent for roles with complex or niche skill sets.

  • Identify opportunities and work to improve the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process and practices. Participate in recruiting-related and additional HR project/initiatives.

  • Act as primary liaison with retained and contingency search firms, universities, diversity organizations, and professional networks.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

  • Excellent PC skills required; knowledge of Internet sourcing techniques and applicant tracking software a plus.

  • Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, maintain confidential information, meet specific deadlines and operate with minimal supervision.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management (or related) required.

  • 0-2years of related experience.
