Textron Specialist Industrialization in Avilla, Indiana
Responsible for the process setup and optimization of blow molding, post cooling, welding and assembly process during sampling of new projects in development.
Support Industrialization Manager in defining appropriate sampling objectives, schedule and process flow.
Interact Tooling and Equipment Specialist to ensure tools follow Kautex standards.
Lead the setup and process optimization to CAR metrics and Quality requirements for new project samplings
Ensure proper documentation of process parameters and sampling results (i.e. Process playbook) for each sampling separately
Escalate issues as appropriate throughout the samplings.
Participate in Sampling Readiness Checklist with the PDT team.
Participate in After Action Reviews of the samplings.
Support operations in troubleshooting process issues when necessary
Travel is required as this position may be called on to supports samplings in any of the other Americas facilities.
Technical education/training in blow molding, welding and assembly processes (in-house or external)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in blow molding, welding and assembly processes
Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic and electric systems preferred.
Knowledge of MS office
Knowledge of 6S, A3s, PDCAs, and TPM
Fluent English skills, written and spoken.
High School Diploma or GED required
