The Data Analyst for the Bell V-247 Program is responsible for all data management activities related to the V-247 at Bell.

In this position you will:

  • Update program metrics and provide analysis for program briefings

  • Track and monitor action items and metrics

  • Organize customer meetings and events

  • Coordinate our customers', teammates' and suppliers’ activities related to the program

  • Standardize program requirements

  • Manage meeting requests for program director and program manager

  • Assess and analyze manpower requirements for V-247 program

  • Communicate with Program Team members on all program activities

  • Manage the SharePoint site


Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with Major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, IT or similar discipline.

Position Requirements:

  • At least two years’ professional experience creating program reports and metrics.

  • Demonstrated expertise utilizing MS Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.

  • Proven success in a data management role.

  • Proficiency working with specialized systems (SAP preferred).

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Strong collaboration skills are of great importance to work effectively with customers and with representatives from other departments.

  • Organization, planning and prioritization to effectively support a variety of assignments.

  • Demonstrated ability to follow through with project plans.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SharePoint Administrator experience.
