Bell is seeking Front Line Leader to support our Rotor Operations Center location in Fort Worth, TX.
The Front Line Leader (Production Supervisor) will be responsible for leading the daily manufacturing activities for union covered employees in a production environment. Will also be responsible for driving performance, safety, quality of work, managing cost and managing employee relations.
Directly responsible for the productivity of team and assigned production objectives. Evaluate business impact in regards to metrics, activity reports, delivery schedules, manpower, etc.
Able to manage in accordance with the local production union Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Ability to achieve objectives in a matrix work environment and work effectively with multiple functions (such as Supply Chain, Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Quality, etc.).
Ability to develop, supports, and implement process improvements.
Effective interpersonal, leadership, communication and organization skills.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of five years directly related experience in a leadership or management role required.
This candidate should be creative, entrepreneurial, and an empowering team leader.
Production or manufacturing experience preferred
This candidate must be have excellent oral and written communications skills, be detail oriented, data driven, with strong sense of urgency.
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience and/or training in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma desired.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Able to work multiple shifts.
Military experience is a strong plus.
Managing a unionized workforce is strongly desired.
