We're looking for an innovative and data-driven Recruiting Operations Manager who will streamline our end-to-end hiring processes, remove operational roadblocks, and use data to provide us with compelling information to inform our hiring strategies. This person will serve as a key partner within the Talent Acquisition and HR team by leveraging strategic and operational abilities to develop, implement, and drive programs to ensure that we are positioned to build a talent pipeline and hire top talent to join Bell.This role is perfect for a highly analytical, user focused project manager that can create recruiting products that get the information and action we need, while making lives easier. As an integral part of the Talent Acquisition function they will influence the roadmap of projects that take us from a start up to the benchmark for recruiting excellence.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process, Compliance & Analytics

  • Develop the recruiting operations roadmap to infuse process and programs that align with both the recruiting and business goals with an agile and qualitative approach

  • Design programs and process that will remove roadblocks from managers and recruiters, focusing on delivering efficiency and great user experience

  • Manage external vendor relationships to ensure a quality process for all job boards, agencies, and third parties that will interact with the recruiting team

  • Measure and deliver the impact of projects with quantifiable metrics in an executive format

  • Fostering trusted partnerships with leaders in all tiers of the organization, across a variety of teams across the business and wider Enterprise to collaborate and drive alignment against our hiring roadmap

  • Anticipating potential challenges and getting ahead of issues before they become problems, including by the regulation of compliance, data integrity, and audits

  • Refining our analytics function by further developing analytical framework/workflows for launching new initiatives, and continuously scaling and ensuring the accuracy of our data, including defining and measuring key performance metrics and creating dashboards to help recruiting leaders interpret and draw conclusions from data

  • Building and managing the process and documentation for a seamless on-boarding experience for our team members

Projects

Project manage the roll out of programs focused on candidate and manager experience;

  • Oversee and manage the implementation of new systems and processes designed to enhance the effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function

  • Taking ownership of the for the design and roll out of key hiring programs as the Employee Referral Program and Bell Alumni Group, as key sourcing channels for top-talent

Stakeholder Relationships

  • Lead the selection and implementation of our recruiting systems, processes and tools to enable our team with the most innovative technologies in the industry to optimize efficiency and accelerate productivity

  • Drive a partnership between the Bell and Textron brands that highlights the strengths of each organization, allowing our Bell brand to be visible and leveraged

  • Work with the Enterprise University Relations team on the refinement and execution of the strategy, design, implementation and evaluation of Textron’s university relations efforts to ensure world-class capabilities and performance required to successfully attract and create a pipeline of entry-level talent for Bell

  • Collaborate with Leadership Development Program (LDP) team and manage rotational information and graduation plans for Bell opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience with an emphasis in data analytics and / or project management

  • You have excellent business intuition, and a deep understanding of the recruiting life cycle comes naturally to you

  • You're a self-directed, strategic thinker with analytical skills and have experience building relationships with senior leadership and executive teams on recruiting strategy and hiring agendas

  • A deep understanding of how to run a high quality, full cycle recruiting process

  • An analytical mindset. The ability to pull insights from the metrics you’ve been tracking, and present findings and plans for improvement to leadership

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • The ability to work smart- juggling multiple projects and initiatives through multi-tasking and prioritization.

  • The ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment

  • Proven experience scaling operations in rapidly growing environments

  • Applying structured, analytical thinking to murky operations problems and developing improving processes excites you
