Position Summary:

The Customer Services Intern must be a highly-motivated, self-driven team player that has the ability to perform in a fast-changing business environment. The Customer Services Intern will learn how a simulator works and how the various systems interact to provide the richest and most realistic training experience.

The Customer Services Intern reports to the Customer Services Media Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce multimedia material to communicate technical information to customers

  • Design and/or coordinate development of functionalities of the customer web portal

  • Analyze business intelligence information to improve customer services

  • Clean-up and strengthen customer data

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Engaged in a university Engineering or Business program (preferably with first year completed or graduated from a related technical program)

  • Interest in applied science and technology

  • Good computer skills

  • Aptitude at interpreting engineering drawings and reports

  • Proficiency with MS Office suite

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Good organizational skills

  • Very good knowledge of written English (preferably bilingual)
