Team Member Material Handler ( temporally worker) all shifts
Operate fork truck/forklift.
Complete daily forklift inspection at the start of each shift.
Load and unload trucks / trailers.
Establish and maintain First In/First Out (FIFO) schedule for the consumption of materials.
Operate computer terminal, printing labels.
Deliver parts and materials to assigned destination(s)
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse and traffic aisles, inside and outside.
Perform other duties incidental to the job, as directed.
Able and willing to work overtime as job requires.
Maintain safe work environment and follow all safety standards.
Comply with all OSHA standards and Textron health & safety standards.
Comply with all ISO 14001 standards.
Comply with all TS 16949 standards.
Identify waste minimization and material recycling opportunities where applicable.
High School Diploma or GED required
Demonstrated ability to safely operate a fork truck/forklift in tight work areas
Experience loading / unloading trucks and trailers
Ability to maintain and stock work cells
Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a regular basis
Some aspects of the job may require repetitive motion
12-hour shifts (standing for long periods of time)
Significant amount of bending and twisting
