This position will focus on IT security and risk management support provided out of Troy, MI for North America. Responsibilities will include:

  • Functions as a primary contact for IT Controls with a primary focus inchange control, access security, and disaster recovery

  • Ensure compliance through Risk Management activities including QuarterlyTermination Reviews and Annual Data Owner Reviews

  • Support Kautex plants in IT security and risk management audits to ensurecompliance. This includes SOX IT Controls Audit, Critical Applications andEntity Level Controls Audit, Annual Location Risk Assessments, and SecurityExceptions

  • Performs Risk Assessments to ensure IT environments meet and maintaincompliance standards

  • Support the IT Team and end-users on all topics around SecurityAwareness

  • Support Incident Management activities to ensure IT environments meetand maintain compliance standards

  • Support globalITRM/Security related projects



  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology,Business Administration or a comparable education

  • Minimum of 3 years working IT security and riskmanagement

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) orcomparable professional certificate desired.

  • Experience of SecurityCompliance Framework(s) such as ISO 27001 and NIST 800 Series

  • Analytical skills used in scenarios of issuemanagement, process analysis/improvements, and in project management.

  • Experience of securitypolicies, standards and procedures to support the risk management framework
