Be the main point of contact for all the CPC’s within the current network. To work with the piston team to ensure the network meets the need of the organization. To work with the current CPC’s in improving their performance and monitoring their use of the CPC program. Help grow sales of the Cessna learn to fly kits.
Be the first point of support contact for CPCs and the flying public
Manage the Cessna Pilots Centers Mailbox
Staff the CPC telephone hotline
Process Marketing Assistance requests
Manage the health of the network by making adjustments as needed in support of the organizations goals
Ensure compliance of the CPC’s to their agreements
Vet and recommend new CPC appointments
In conjunction with King Schools, grow the sales of the Private and Instrument Learn to Fly Kits
Manage CPC databases, reports, newsletters, etc.
Visit domestic CPC’s and conduct site evaluations
Bachelor’s degree required in Aviation, Business, or related field
Private Pilot’s license preferred or student license working towards Private Pilot
Excellent verbal and written communications
Knowledgeable of aviation and aviation training
Knowledge of flight school operating environments.
Knowledge of parts FAR 61 and 141 as it pertains to flight training
Strong customer service skills
